    Guys did you know if you stay awake for 22 hours, get 5 1/2 hour sleep and get back up, your eyes will hurt like hell for hours afterwards....

      get 8 hours sleep everyday, you can break it by 4 times, 2 hours each sleep. don't stay awake like 22 hours straight :P
