I would assume you mean how to gain your rank such as Veteran?

The only title you can get from the Titles is Veteran Driver and will be given to you on the forum when you have been on the forum for a year.

Support, Moderator and admin is given to you if you get hired when you have applied for those jobs.

There are also other titles such as the Reputation one. When you gain enough Reputation there will be a little text under the numbers like Humane's "King of the Road"

There is also the Member Title that change by time when you keep increasing your content count. After you reach 500 content count you get to change it into anything you'd like that applies to the rules.
