    We had some synchronization as a test at one point, iirc, and a lot of people didn't really like it. It didn't take into account the local climate in different positions in the game, etc.
     
    It's not impossible we might do some weather synchronization in the future, but for now, don't hold your breath on it.
    Real weather in game and such would be pretty cool though  (<-- in my opinion)

    Because doing that across different steam accounts is not feasible for us. It will require us to store information we do not need, and which can identify the user (i.e. hardware data, etc.) and thus the user can require us to delete it. It's can also easily lead to false positives, and it will be possible to circumvent it and play anyway.

    Implementing a bus simulator in the normal MP is beyond the planned scope for this mod. It's not impossible that it will change in the future, but for now there are no plans to implement a bus, and it's not really that relevant to the mod and game itself.

    Generally we say that it's gonna stay alpha until SCS stops updating ATS/ETS2 as regularly, but even looking away from that, it is currently not a finished product. It has various bugs and such that should be fixed, as well as features that should be added and polished before moving on from alpha is something we'd consider likely.
     
    Not that it really matters for the player, in the end, TruckersMP being in an alpha state doesn't make a real difference for the player. The changes we make might make a difference, but it's likely we would make those changes regardless of what state we consider the mod to be in.

    I have notified Konfig about this. It should ideally not happen, and there has clearly been a mistake that caused your ticket to be forgotten and to slip through the cracks.

    The general staff rule is that if the users can't see it normally, you can not show it to users.
     
    This is because showing those pages can share info about users which should not be published, such as emails, information about who reported who, appeal content, and more. It's very unfortunate if we display such info, because it would be users private info being shown, and because it could lead to bullying among users and such, following bans and reports. In addition to that you have the general privacy concerns, and the fact that we need to be able to plan or do things within the team without the public knowing before we are ready for them to know.

    Ban expiration times are given in UTC, not your local timezone.

    Because maintaining the mod for two different versions of the game is a lot more work, which we don't have the time or resources for, and in this case it's also for very little gain for the players, since very few players have a VR headset.
     
    More specific to your question: in some cases supporting both fully will be harder or even impossible due to one version lacking content the other version has, which is due to one version being newer and having newer content.

    It's something we know a bunch of people want, but that has a load of potential errors and issues tied to it, that needs to be resolved first.
     
    So, it might happen in the future, but I wouldn't sit around waiting for it, because it will take a while (if it happens).

    I have disabled the ban you appealed because it should have expired by now, however, a later offence still remains.
     
    As that's a separate ban you'll need to create a separate appeal, however.

    Unless you have changed it in your profile settings, all times on our website is given in the UTC timezone, not your local time.

    You can simply sign up with the new account. Keep in mind that playing on either account while the other account is banned is against the rules, as it is ban evading.
    There are no rules against having two accounts, just against playing on another account while one of your accounts is banned.
     
    There are no way to connect your TruckersMP account with a new steam account, you will have to make a new TruckersMP account to use that steam account.

    We don't allow any custom skins in multiplayer. It is not possible for you to use your custom skin.

    This is not an option right now due to the time it would take to develop and maintain this, not to mention that only a very few users actually use linux, leaving it currently not worth the effort.

    This is a known IPB bug. You can go around it by clicking the "Create" button in the menu on the top right, and selecting "Status" from the dropdown that appears.

    Try running steam as administrator before upgrading or downgrading. You may also want to try running steam as administrator then reinstalling the game, then downgrading.
