Remember that this change will not create an immediate effect, since it does take time to deal with already existing appeals, but this will certainly be noticeable in the future.

Sorry about the delay. It's been a busy month for us so far in regards to volume of feedback tickets. We're working through them and reducing the queue slowly; it shouldn't be too much longer until you receive a response on yours.
