Aestrial 5702 Posted February 24 Dear players, After an internal review of our Game Management operations, we have decided to make a few changes to the way Game Moderation feedback is being dealt with. Henceforth, our Game Moderator Leaders and Trainers will assist us with the dealing of certain feedback within the Game Moderation category. We have decided to make this change due for a few reasons. We believe that our Leaders and Trainers are more than capable of providing accurate, professional and binding judgments on questions and inquires submitted to us via feedback. By allowing these groups to assist us in the dealing of tickets, we aim to have a much quicker response time to your tickets. In addition, the Game Management can spend additional time working on improving the service our team provides, both in-game and on the website, though player suggestions and internal work. Rest assured, the Game Management will still take a leading role in dealing with the majority of feedback tickets in which complaints, suggestions and serious inquiries are made. Though, with this change, we aim to be able to pick these tickets up much quicker with the help of our Leaders and Trainers. Please note, the decisional power of our Game Moderator Leaders and Trainers is the same as us as Game Managers, and their decision in feedback tickets will be final.
