Ban PIlot Cars

Suggestion Name: Ban the Use of Pilot Cars besided Admins

Suggestion Description: As I am sure you are already aware, Pilot vehicles have been added into the game. I beleive that on Multiplayer have a car demeans the whole point of it being a Truck Simulator. PIlot cars aon the roads are causing mayhem and barely any people are even driving trucks in the game anymore. I find myself in a situation which I did not want to see, Pilot Cars are very fun to drive and are a fun addition into the game but it's when people have too much fun and start doing U-Turns on motorways and doing dohnuts within the cities.

Why should it be added?: Becuase people are becoming very silly with the way that they are using these cars, as I have explained above.

Hi, EU1 is available and players only can use truck. Speaking of the point being of a truck sim, EU1 is the server for you.

^^^That. And you can't ban everyone driving a Pilot car just because some of them are acting like braindeads. By that same logic, if you find a bunch of players trolling with the Kenworth W900, all players driving a W900 should be banned? Trolls will be trolls, be it in pilot cars or in trucks. Eventually, people will get bored of the car and go back to trucking, it's the same every time a new vehicle is added to the games. They added the DAF Euro6 and all you could see were DAF Euro6, same with the new Mercedes, the W900...

But yeah, pilot car is being overabused. I mean, I see people driving pilot car pretending to be police, and screaming in voice chat "wee woo wee woo please move ni noo nii noo", like seriously.

although I agree that a lot of idiots are driving around trolling and being nuisances in both ATS and ETS2, I wouldn't want to spoil it for the Majority, just because of the Minority, its like saying, Okay, most people who drive Volvos in ETS2 or T680s in ATS are trolls, if they are seen in those vehicles, automatic ban for them, its too harsh on those who don't abuse the vehicle and do follow the rules of the Mod.

Seriously  If you do not like the cars than USE EU1. The cars should not be banned. If you don't like them there is an option for you EU1. Anyone who want the cars banned/gone is just being very very selfish, lots of people love the cars and because of a minority you want them banned, ruining it for everyone else that enjoys the cars when there is an option for those that don't like cars - i.e: EU1. Again EU1 - no cars trucks only. Don't like cars USE EU1, it is that simple. Trolls will be trolls in either trucks are cars and there will always be trolls in the game, especially in a busy server like EU2. I've been in EU2 alot recently (in bot a car and truck) and I haven't noticed too much of a big problem with cars, I've seen way more driving normally then I have causing problems. The only difference I see is that some trolls are using cars instead of trucks. Now just to make the point one more time, there is another server for trucks only and thats EU1, so quit calling for the cars to be banned and use EU1 if you want them gone. Or if you want to speed than use EU3, its always quite so you will have much less chance of encountering trolls than you would in EU2. Also I've seen loads of trucks on the roads, sometimes more trucks than cars.

i like the cars, but just some of the people that drives them, its like you have a troll then  give them a car and its like troll x2

I, too, are againt a ban of the cars. They bring a lot to the life on teh servers.

But miss use of them are allready forbidden  

 

Used right, pilot cars, and escorts, adds a lot to the experience

The cars shouldnt be banned. I enjoy driving in the car everyone and a while. Its refreshing, plus adds to the realism for me. There is always going to be trolls all you can do is report, they mess around enough they get a permanent ban or they get close to a permanent ban and fly straight. The cars will die down and everyone including trolls will return to the trucks, and only people who enjoy the car for the realism and possible some trolls will use it.

I think the problem is with bad drivers, not cars. I actually try to drive realistically with my car, and I do quite enjoy it. If people would stop being immature thinking these are sports sedans everything would be fine. Not only that, tons of bad drivers drive trucks. I've been hit by trucks far more than by cars after the cars were added.

There is pilot cars and non pilot cars. Either way if they do ban 'pilot' cars then people are going to use the normal cars and troll with them aswell, so no point of getting rid of the cars.

Ban those who can't drive, try to take control or try to have authority over other road users. 

Police car is for admin, pilot is for anyone, those who can't drive will still get punished at some point.

Car Abuse of Pilot Paintjob - Kick / Ban

Acting as administration, or otherwise abusing the Pilot paintjob. Please note: We prefer only 2 Pilot cars per convoy depending on size.

 

But for the admins, it's hard to monitor because there are so many pilot cars and when some of them force their way into the job when someone is driving, it's hard to tell if they are actually been a pilot or trolling.
