Angelforgamers Posted August 1, 2021 Report Posted August 1, 2021 Here's a video from Milan. He wonderfully explains and shows that different tires have different characteristics in a side by side comparison. Which tire would you pick after watching the comparison?
Sunstrider Posted August 1, 2021 Report Posted August 1, 2021 I go for the one that has better fuel economy. Get the Goodyear Pack if you don't have it already. My Truck has a tank of about 3,500 miles. A beats D.
Angelforgamers Posted August 2, 2021 Author Report Posted August 2, 2021 I would go for the one which have less grip so that I can drift
Guest Posted August 2, 2021 Report Posted August 2, 2021 Goodyear looks best. I choose tyres for looks, as opposed to fuel economy.
DJenerate Posted August 2, 2021 Report Posted August 2, 2021 I've always stuck with Michelin rubber, even if the Goodyear ones might perform slightly better. I'm a sucker for putting the Bibendums on my truck, so it'd be sacrilege to use anything else on my wheels! TruckersMP Media Team I survived Europoort and all I got was this crappy signature.
[ARG] Alfa131313 Posted August 2, 2021 Report Posted August 2, 2021 Just like Stvrtle, I choose my tires based on how they look. I didn't even remember that they had different behavior. Next time I log in, I will check them, but I use more often than not the big Michelin ones.
Davina Posted August 3, 2021 Report Posted August 3, 2021 Given how long you can spend cruising, I tend to place noise above all else. Anything to reduce tyre drone can be welcome. Effects of tyre models which are not top-rated for wet weather performance or economy can be mitigated by the highly obtuse & bizarre concept known as "slowing down". Sone of you might want to try that sometime - it makes your drives longer, safer & more enjoyable.
Angelforgamers Posted August 3, 2021 Author Report Posted August 3, 2021 Did you watch the comparison?
ElYefer20 [COL] :3 Posted August 3, 2021 Report Posted August 3, 2021 Everyone has a taste and is satisfied, but in my opinion they are all fine ElYefer20
dajokr Posted August 3, 2021 Report Posted August 3, 2021 I recently swapped to the elementals just because i like to have control when it rains, and i hated having the weather disabled. Love a good lightning storm.
Farm Shark Posted August 4, 2021 Report Posted August 4, 2021 I believe the ones that I use are Goodyear. The things that I look for mainly are fuel economy and noise.
Interstate Nomad Posted August 4, 2021 Report Posted August 4, 2021 According to the comparison, I'd pick the Elemental. It's also the one I use already.

schneeanzug Posted August 29, 2021 Report Posted August 29, 2021 Its a matter of a driver not a tire;) Spoiler
[C-S] Specik Posted September 1, 2021 Report Posted September 1, 2021 I think Michelin tires are the best to drive on. I personally like to paint tires like GoodYear for the truck and Runner for the trailer. It seems to me that you can stand out and quite nicely tune your kit.
Davina Posted September 12, 2021 Report Posted September 12, 2021 All the tyres are better. Just stick all of them on.
