Suggestion Name: Ban Removal Upon Forgiveness for Collision Incident. Suggestion Description: In real life, especially in many legal systems, victims of minor offences (like accidental damage or minor injuries) can choose to withdraw their complaint, particularly if they believe the act was unintentional and they’ve resolved the matter. This ensures that only serious or intentional offences are prosecuted, while accidental ones, where the victim is satisfied, do not result in punishment. Inspired by this idea, I suggest that TruckersMP implement a similar approach for accidental in-game collisions, where the affected player can forgive the incident, and based on that, the ban may be withdrawn or not enforced, if the incident is genuinely not malicious. This would help ensure the system focuses on punishing trolls, while forgiving honest mistakes between players who respect each other and want to continue enjoying the game. Why it should be added: Improves player experience: Players are more likely to feel respected and treated fairly when innocent accidents aren’t treated the same as intentional trolling. Real-world analogy: Just like real police complaints can be withdrawn when the victim agrees it was a mistake or has forgiven the other party, TruckersMP can mirror this logic for minor, in-game offences. Any example images: Imagine if you can. Implementation Ideas: Add a "Forgiveness Section" in the Appeal System: When a player appeals a ban (especially for collisions), the appeal form should allow the banned player to tag or refer to one or more affected users involved in the incident. The system can then send a notification or request to each affected player, asking if they want to confirm forgiveness or support the appeal. If all directly affected users clearly state the incident was accidental and they forgive the player, the moderator can take this into account and consider lifting the ban. Ignore Reports from Unaffected Third-Parties: To prevent over moderation and unnecessary bans, only accept collision-related reports from players who were directly involved or affected by the incident. Spectators or uninvolved players should not be able to trigger bans for events they were not part of. While such reports may not be false, they can lead to disproportionate action in situations where the actual victim may have forgiven the player or didn’t feel a ban was necessary. This change would help ensure moderation is more focused, fair, and based on the perspectives of those truly impacted. Moderator Discretion is Final: Even if forgiveness is granted, moderators should still have the final say, especially in edge cases where forgiveness might be used to bypass the rules.

Suggestion Name: NCZ Extension on Scandinavia Suggestion Description: Extend the non-collision zone due to double trailers update. Any example images: Why should it be added? As seen in the video due to limited space trailers are being damaged in certain areas. Maybe a small extension of NCZ would help.

Suggestion Name: Revision of non-collision zones required Suggestion Description: As the title suggests Any example images: No Why should it be added?: A few weeks ago at the start of Promods at TMP, as I boarded a boat smaller than those used in the base maps in a port, confident that I was entering an NCZ, when by my astonishment it hit a truck parked inside the boat, By chance, it was a game moderator, when I hit the truck slowly and without causing damage, I was teleported by the moderator to the nearest garage with the message that I rammed ... Regardless of this, I notice that Promods, NCZs are too small. The collision areas should be defined to be broader, identical to those used in base maps, or better than it is currently. I also note that some workshops are not covered by NCZ, and also within some companies in some cities. It is hard to describe which ones, as I watch as I play. I think it is necessary to review this situation, which can sometimes lead to complications in traffic management in these places. I also notice that some players are beginning to wait for them to get out of Promods boats, the players inside them. This is if anyone remembers to leave, because some of them when they have just made the trip, remain static inside the boat for some time, making it impossible for others to enter. Thanks

Suggestion Name: Collision vs Non-collision handling Suggestion Description: I think that the collision of trucks outside of non-collision zones with trucks inside non-collision zones can be improved to help with the chaos in front of these zones, and the incapability of players to form a queue for entering and exiting such zones. Especially for company areas where trucks drive onto the parking dialog field and stop, with their trailer still reaching out of the zone. Currently non-collision only works for trucks within the zone, as trucks outside of the zone still collide with those that have no collision, which sounds like a paradox in itself. It would be helpful if all truck were unable to collide with trucks in a non-collision area. I am aware of the gameplay setting of always choosing a delivery spot automatically, but it seems that most players do not know of this option and so every time someone drives onto a company area to deliver their trailer they will block all other players from entering until they've picked their spot and accelerated again. This causes an unnecessary line and people start overtaking while others are trying to exit and suddenly you have Calais-like traffic for no good reason. If you'd like an example of such situations you just have to watch a random Idiots on the road, there's always at least one clip of trucks flipping and stuff because they collide with trucks that are inside the non-collision area. Any example images: As you can see on this image, truck A is standing on the delivery/pickup dialog trigger (white square) inside the non-collision zone, and is therefore in non-collision mode. However if truck B tried to drive onto the area, it would be blocked by the trailer of truck A, because truck B is not in non-collision mode yet. Instead truck B should be unable to collide with truck A in this situation. The same is true for exiting. Often a truck leaves the non-collision zone but the trailer is still partially inside the non-collision zone. Many players do not realise the implications and queue up touching (or being inside) the trailer, which usually results in flipping the truck that is currently leaving, even tho the truck that causes the flip is still inside the non-collision area. And too often does truck C think that truck B is stupid or something and tries to overtake which results in even worse situations. Why should it be added?: Take this suggestion as a follow-up improvement of this one: Extending the non-collision zones would not help this situation at all, the problem would still be the same, but just move to somewhere else. Instead I am positive that if collision detection is changed, it would make entering and exiting non-collision areas much less frustrating and less prone to bad drivers.

Suggestion Name: Collision Registering Suggestion Description: A script or system wich detects automatically if someone crashes into another player or object and then registers these collisions. So if someone crashes more often it gets automatic reviewed. This could make the report reviewing much more effective and easier, and the maniacs and trollers get busted automatically after a while. Any example images: I have no example pictures of this suggestion because simply there are no examples to be found. Why should it be added?: This will make the game more troll free. Because the people who crash a lot and troll around get reported automatically thanks to this crash registering and makes the reviewing of reports also more easy. I Think it will improve overall traffic online and makes it more fun for the simulators.

Name: Flashing Icon on Map for Collision Participants Description: An introduction of blinking player dot on the minimap if two or more players collide with each other. When two or more players crash (or, one rams another) into each other (not objects, vehicles only), their dot on the minimap starts flashing for 1-60 seconds. Any example images: Reason: This allows the victim of a ramming/crash to easily figure out the player who unlawfully rammed/crashed into the victim, therefore, using /pinfo and reporting quickly. Moreover, it allows the surrounding players to take notice of the crash and prevent further hazards.

Hello, From the start time (When i was started to playing MP) I have face a problem & i was opened support ticket but after the solution it's not solved. Problem: ------------------- When i was drive Europe Server 2 the after some time it goes to NON-Collision Like the below video. But When I use any VPN network then its working fine. https://streamable.com/bezzm [N:B] This is not not only my problem. Some player also have this problem & get banned permanently. My Question is -->>>> Is that a Truckersmp Service Problem or Its a connection problem? My Config: ------------------- MotherBoard : Gigabyte H110-S2PV DDR3 Processor : Intel|(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz RAM : Team Elite 8GB DDR3 1600 BUS Hard Disk Drive : Toshiba 1.0TB Power Supply : Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite 5 GPU : MSI Geforce GTX 1050TI 4G OC Gaming X [N:B] Sorry For My Bad English

hi <-suggestion 1-> can you make the non-collision zone a bit bigger to avoid the constant crashes near the gates? the non-collision zone should also include the whole street in front of the gate, or atleast the whole fence area + 1 truck length after the fence/wall or something. and another "bug" that i noticed is that the game will actually make an autosave right in front of the gate? so if you want to resume your game, you will be teleported right in front of the main gate, suddenly blocking everyone who wants to get out of it!!! so how can this ever be playable at all when these situations constantly happen ?? <---> and about reporting... why cant the system log all of the rammers and blockers automatically in a log somewhere? and is there a log of those ID-s somewhere that i(or everyone else) have already reported? today i played in the Brussels area because i wanted to explore some new map parts, but i was actually rammed by atleast 4-5 different lamers in the same area, so i basically had to repair my truck 3 times (with 57% of damage) and the final result was -15 000 euro penalty and minus 1500 experience points... and im not even sure if the lamers got any punishment at all? <-suggestion 2-> if a player/many players get lots of reports for something, shouldnt it be an automatic ban for 3-6 months atleast? thx

Suggestion Name: Ghost Trucks Suggestion Description: 1. The truck get a ghost mode on the collision area after the server was logged in successfully with a very bright half transparency truck and collision is off.. I know... it looks so creepy during the night. For truckers that had loaded a save game after an accident. This will have the same ghost mode as well. Duration: 1-3 mins. 2. The truckers have to move off from the spawning spot within 45 secs - 2 mins before to get booted to the nearby truck repair shop in the city. The ghost mode will be vanished in about 1-3 mins while the truck was moved off. Be sure that the trucks are not inside each other to avoid some collision especially in Rotterdam and Europort. 3. For leaving the non collision area the ghost mode will be vanished after about 10-20 secs. That will avoid to have a sudden collision while exiting the non collision area if too many trucks are there. A HUD notification about the duration in ghost mode Be sure that your truck is parked before in a non collision area in single player mode and come back otherwise the server will kick you if you had exceeded 5 times for spawning on collision area after the server was logged in successfully. Loaded a save game isn't affected for this after an accident and can not be penalized time ban if you got caught again. I would suggest you to learn about "How to park in a non collision area before to enter multi player mode?" instead. For truckers that are harassing/glitching the ghost mode by any way will get penalized by the admins. *some duration are not final and can be changed sometimes. Possibly problems: It might be glitched out between the ghost mode and non collision area. Lacks of non collision areas about the parking lot and petrol stations on the European roads. Harassing the ghost mode. "Loaded a save game"-Detection? Um... that's the question. more unexpected bugs... Any example images: Not needed. Why should it be added?: That will avoid a bunch of sudden accidents on the virtual European roads. Not sure if a good idea. I think so...

It's pretty obvious now that you will be tossed into the skies if you pull into a collision zone from a non-collsion zone, with other players lurking on the edge of the no-collide area. I am talking about areas where you need to be mindful of pulling out of such as a depot or the ports. We have all seen the long wait line at EuroPort. This is mostly due to truckers being cautious to pull in and out without this happening. With this fixed, we may be able to speed up the port traffic. (Not that I don't enjoy traffic jams.) Maybe a resolution such as extended ghosting times for the drivers pulling out and in so they can get to a safe distance.

Suggestion Name: Speed Bumps for City/Country Roads + Collision In EU2 Server Suggestion Description: Adding speed bumps to various road sections together with warning signs 50m/?m in advance, removing collision in EU2 server. Any example images: No. Why should it be added?: Speed bumps automatically forces the driver to slow down e.g. long curves on Autobahn and other road sections, especially before crossroads and sharp turns in/near the city. Collision in EU2: Drivers who want to take full advantage of their trucks' performances and care less about traffic situations (crashes etc.) would have more realism and fun, those who don't want to part-take can join EU 1. (Speed bumps also included in EU2)

Suggestion Name: Add no collision zones to all cities Suggestion Description: The no collision zones within delivery points are not enough. Places like Europoort and Rotterdam are loaded with players trying to get past eachother, and countless people get kicked and/or banned because of overtaking and, intentionally or not, blocking the roads. Any example images: None Why should it be added?: Because by adding this, you would avoid having to kick and ban people in all cities, since they wouldnt be able to block and troll players in the city. It would also mean that areas like Rotterdam and Europoort would be less crowded since people could come and go easily.

Suggestion Name: No Collision on Spawn Suggestion Description: Make a 5-60 seconds timer for joining players and their spawning trucks. So collisions like crashes on the midroad, because someone loaded a save, because his game crashed, can be avoided. Any example images: There are none. Why should it be added?: To avoid crashes on the midroad, when someone spawns in front of you on the motorway. But I have no idea, how much coding that would require. Maybe even add a collision detection, which will disable collisions, when someone spawns inside you.
