    check if your steam profile ist public. Try play more 1 hour of ETS 2 (SP) then go to the website and try check in your profile if the ETS 2 and ATS if linked with your account *NOTE: i've gone in your profile and see your account isn't actived please try verify your account too. *so if not worked anyway try send a Ticket to support in http://support.truckersmp.com/ *but you also can try talk with @Clarkinator / @Kat_pw / @mwl4 i know they probably have the answer I hope help you
