tbh, I don't think we use syrup for drinks. I've been in every area of the restaruant and never seen drink syrup

Oh fair enough. I thought they brought it in syrup form, and then the drink machine adds water before serving it from the machine nozzle

I would assume it works as a separate report, and note the admin that dealt with the report (@Burner in your case), as they usually dont have to review the initial report as in depth as other admin to know the circumstances
