If you feel that you are not fault, feel free to create a ban appeal.   2. Hello, As how CaptainCat wrote down, you are not allowed to create multiple TruckersMP accounts in order to evade any of your punishments. Keep in mind, that this could result a permanent ban on all of your accounts you are using! Here is a quote of §1.2, which is about the ban evading: For registering a TruckersMP account, you are required to have an another Steam account with ETS bought. Since you have your old Euro Truck Simulator 2 install which works with your other Steam profile, you have your DLC's activated and because of that, TruckersMP doesn't allows you to login, since on your new Steam account you haven't got any DLC's bought and you cannot synchronize it. Keep in mind also, that you are although permitted to create multiple TruckersMP accounts, you are not allowed to use any of your account in order to play while being banned on any of your other account(s). As how I quoted the rule above, this would result a permanent ban on all of your accounts. There is no possible way to unlink your DLC's from your old TruckersMP account and link it to your new TruckersMP account(s), because TruckersMP check this through Steam, and since you are trying to login with a Steam which has no DLC's bought, it won't allow it.   3. Hello, There is no need for creating other TruckersMP accounts. There are 2 possible options for this: -Steam is not working properly. You will most likely need to wait a bit and be patient, or: -You didn't syncronized your DLC's with TruckersMP. To do that, you will need to do the following: Go to https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings after logging in with your TruckersMP account, and on the upper menu, there should be a settings called "Linked Games / DLC". Open that page, and click on the big blue Check DLC button. It might take a few minutes for TruckersMP to do the work. After that, you should be able to join.   4. Hello, Most likely this is because you have been banned in-game which resulted in that the evidence is not available at the moment. I would suggest filing an appeal and asking for evidence there. Please note that the admin can take up to 3 days to answer your appeal.   6. Hello, According to your profile details, you have been banned until 17 Nov 8:18 UTC. Keep in mind that this time might change depending on your timezone. If you want to find out why you recived this ban, go to your profile on truckersmp.com ( https://truckersmp.com/user/3182909 ) and at the punishment history you will find the ban and the reason. If there is no video attached, the admin banned you in-game and you have to wait until the admin uploads the video. If you feel that your ban was inappropriately issued, you can create a ban appeal.   9. Hello, Your punishment is indeed expired, and you should be ok to join the TruckersMP servers. It might happen that sometimes it takes some time to refresh, so at this stage I would advise you too wait 2-3 hours or even a day. Suggestion Name: Make VTC role text color black if unreadable text due to bright background color Suggestion Description: VTC section, at the profile page: If the background color is too bright to read white text at VTC role, make the text color black Any example images: Unreadable: Readable: Why should it be added?: There might be some VTC's that wants to use such colors and it doesn't looks quite good if the role is not readable, and as far as I know it isn't that hard to implement such feature.
