Hey there, 3 days is not really that much. We usually experience a huge backlog of reports that need to be reviewed and dealing with said backlog can take some time. I can ensure you that we're trying our best to deal with every single report that we get on a daily basis. Most of us study, have a real life job or do other important things and we obviously can't sit at home 24/7 and review web-reports but we're trying our best to do as many as possible. We usually check reports within a few days but if the backlog is too huge, then it may take some time until we get to your report. All we can ask is for patience and I'm sure your report will be reviewed very soon.

Moin Teddy, Ich weiß jetzt nicht wie du zu dem Entschluss kommst, dass wir mit Absicht die Regeln ignorieren, aber falls wir einen Regelverstoß feststellen, dann handeln wir auch dementsprechend und tun nicht so, als wenn nichts wäre. In diesem Spiel werden Raser in keinster Weise bevorzugt. Einer der Hauptursachen die zu den ganzen Unfällen auf der einspurigen Landstraße zwischen den Städten Calais und Duisburg führen sind nun mal Raser, die sich nicht an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung halten und die ganzen Regeln gekonnt ignorieren. Falls das der Fall sein sollte, dann werden diese natürlich härter bestraft. Je nachdem wie viele Blinklichter der User hat und inwiefern es den Regeln entspricht, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass es erlaubt ist und deswegen der Game Moderator nichts gemacht hat. Falls dein Motor nicht anspringt, dann hältst du an der Seite an und wartest, bis der wieder anspringt. Wenn du dabei fährst, dann wirst du vom Server gekickt. Liebe Grüßé.

Hai there, It mainly depends on the situational circumstances. If someone just accidentally rear ends you without causing too much damage, then I would issue a kick. However, if someone drives with excessive high speeds and still accelerates without attempting to brake, then I would issue a ban. As I said, it depends on the incident and if the collision causes a huge amount of damage. Let's say for instance there's a curve with people waiting because of an accident and the perpetrator drives with excessive high speeds through the corner and rear ends you, then I would issue a ban. Lack of anticipatory driving is what causes most of the accidents especially on the one lane rural road between the cities Calais and Duisburg. I hope I could somewhat explain it.

Hai there, The respective Game Moderator will accept your report and add the evidence to the existing ban. If there's another incident that shows the perpetrator on a different location causing an accident or anything else, then, of course, the ban will be extended. Hope this answers your question.

Grüß Dich, Heißt die Meldung, die dein Bruder bekommt etwa 'Unreliable connection' ? Das hört sich nach Straßenereignisse an. Kannst du davon, falls möglich ein Video hochladen, wo man das auch ganz genau sieht? Entweder einer hat dich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit gerammt oder du hast vergessen die Handbremse zu ziehen. Ein Admin bzw. Game Moderator kann es nicht sein und ein Spieler erst recht nicht. Spieler spawnen nun mal mitten auf der Straße, wenn diese dort das Spiel verlassen haben. Wie gesagt ein Video, das die ganze Situation zeigt, würde uns definitiv weiterhelfen.

I assume you are talking about your web-report? If so, then it might take a while to go through them as you're not the only one who is submitting a report to us. The game is indeed filled with toxic people trying to ruin other peoples game experience and we're trying our best to keep the game tidy and clean. As a player, I can understand that you want us to deal with inquiries and web reports asap and we're trying our best to do everything as fast as possible but that is not easy as mentioned before. Your web-reports won't go unnoticed and the respective user will be banned if we see a rule violation.
