Popular Post Aestrial Posted April 14, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted April 14, 2019 Dear players, Just over a month ago, we announced some changes to the way our Game Moderation Management feedback would be dealt with, specifically with allowing our Game Moderator Leaders and Trainers to assist us with certain tickets. Today, we're announcing some further amendments to the way we're dealing with such feedback. Henceforth, all Upper Staff Managers will assist us with dealing of certain feedback within the Game Moderation category. I'll post a reminder from the previous post below as to why we're allowing members of this team to assist us: We believe that our Leaders and Trainers, and henceforth Upper Staff Managers, are more than capable of providing accurate, professional and binding judgments on questions and inquires submitted to us via feedback. By allowing these groups to assist us in the dealing of tickets, we aim to have a much quicker response time to your tickets. In addition, the Game Management can spend additional time working on improving the service our team provides, both in-game and on the website, though player suggestions and internal work. Rest assured, the Game Management will still take a leading role in dealing with the majority of feedback tickets in which complaints, suggestions and serious inquiries are made. With this change, we aim to improve response time with the help of additional people. Please note, the decisional power of Upper Staff Managers is the same as us as Game Managers, so their decision will always be final. It's also important to note that this decision was made after serious consideration and comprehensive discussion with relevant managers, including the pros and cons.
