I need some advice

So basically I was having a drive down the road on EU3 and it was my right of way I was going over the speed limit but I thought that was ok. So I go down the road and these trucks approach and wont back off even though it was my right of way and they saw me. So I backed up as I realised it was a convoy and one guy called my number and said they were reporting me to get me banned. And I was really confused does anyone have any idea is speeding bannable? Because that road was my right of way. I just wanted to know so I dont do it in the future.

Speeding isn't bannable. If it was a good 70-80% of players would be banned for it.

Maybe you have not made a mistake. On if you report , admin if it considers it to ban you will get ban.

By the sound of your explanation. you shouldnt have anything to worry. As far as i know you must follow the traffic laws such as priorities. Basically even if they'd run into you. They would get themselves banned if one would report them.

Most people just try to scare you with threatening to report you.

Ok Thanks I just like to drive around see and explore the whole of Europe in My Little Car luckily I applied the brakes in time otherwise I would have hit them

You can see on every big city "1337 REPORTED!!!!" This is just to scare you ;) Speeding is not  bannable.

I think my issue is though I decide is it possible to try and do 130 around a corner the answer is a messed up experience

In a car you shouldn't be doing 130, you should be going the speed limit (-/+ 15 KPH) around corners in a car. The cars are way to unstable when going around a corner.

Depends of where this happened, you say you had the right of way, always slow down anyway, even if you have the right of way, not everyone knows the rules or can see you arrive at speeds because of the draw distance. Do not assume other players can see you perfectly, adapt your speed to the environment. 

 

And if your speeding causes a big accident, you can be banned for Reckless driving, I've done it often before.

The speeding isn't banable unless you go around and drive 160 kmh or even more if your in a car just driving reckless if you hit somebody while speeding and he wasn't on your lane or something you can get banned for it.

My question is this was an intersection I assume this happened at convoys sometimes think they have right of way when they don't but if you had right of way no need to worry.

I really think there needs to be like a 5 question theoretical test with the most common signs before coming into MP this wouldn't only be helpful to learn the basic rules to younger drivers but also nobody will ever have the excuse of "I didn't know I had to brake for you there.."

Don't worry about those clueless people banning you. They're just trying to threaten you, since I'm sure you have done nothing wrong whatsoever.

If you know you have done nothing wrong then no need to get worried buddy.. Just ignore them and carry on with your Trucking

I've been told "REPORTED" several times and it has always happened when the player saying that had done something worth reporting. My worries, none. Just in case, I hit the save video replay button, to review later and to have proof that I was doing nothing wrong if I'm actually reported.

@FernandoCR G'day Mate. There are a number of users, particularly the newer ones that don't know how to report that use the global chat to type Report.

This does nothing, and generally proves that they have not read the rules of the game.

No stress, Just make sure you're doing the right thing and you will be all good

Recording your game play is offen a good way to back yourself up when you need to prove you did nothing wrong. as @MrHarv said, if you know you did nothing wrong, you should be fine

^^ I take the reporting system seriously. With the amount of players in a server, it's impossible for IGAs to control the whole map, we need to help however we can and the best thing to do is use the reporting system. And that's why I get annoyed if someone says "Reported!" to me in the chat when I did nothing wrong. I don't go saying people that I reported or I'm going to report them, I just record and when I have the time, file the report.
