Out of game, the variety of players and there never ending suggestions and support on the forums. Its not 1 thing, there's just too many to pick only 1. For example /channel 0 for when kids are screaming over the CB radio or people eating their mics as it sounds like they have the mic inside their mouth and ofcourse /fix for when you get rammed hundreds of times by poor drivers and trolls.
