Someone told me that they used truck wheels on a scout (in SP) and the auto shifting worked again, but then i got AI wheels on my in SP and auto shifting worked. But with Scout default tires didn't let it shift up

And sadly you cant use either of those options in MP, so rip.

aww man that sucks thanks for the info bro  tbf am getting the hang of manual now nothing like overtaking in 3rd then dropping to 2nd for hyperspeed overtakes haha
