  1. Really wish SCS added this:

    Have seen this been suggested before to SCS via their forums, but didn't seem like it got discussed any further and in the end left untouched - looking at the replies and the actual post date (2014).

    But yeah, it's just that love to paint my truck all the time ^_^

    Mods

    That will not work as (most) mods are not compatible with multiplayer. It requires alot of work to support mods not made by TruckersMP themselves, so it won't probably be seen in the future. Anyway, here's a guideline on compatible mods:
  3. Hey, Try first to verify your game chache (ETS2 or ATS) by right clicking the game in your Steam Library, click on "Properties", then go under the "Local files" tab and click "Verify integrity of game cache". If that doesn't solve your issue, remove all of your AI drivers (if you have any) and perhaps reinstall the TruckersMP client.
  4. Hey, If you haven't already, take a look here for fixes regarding TMP launcher errors; Other than that, try to change game directory, verify your game chache, etc. if the topic above didn't gave results.
  5. ^ @Anriandor It's not leaked information as it has been publicly mentioned before;
  6. Just out of curiosity, why does double-posted topics get archived (trashed) instead of just deleted?

    In some situations, the whole "Recent Topics" board on the forums have been completely filled up with a multiple-posted topic, and then it stays there for a period of time "blocking" all the other recent topics because it gets trashed (technically archived) and not deleted.

    Is there a specific reason for that, or has it just been like that?

      Sometimes if someone posts like 5-10 different posts, I just move and Hide to get them out of the Recent Topics

  7. A server-side economy is something planned in the future I believe, which from what I've heard will eliminate that issue were you get lots of money of your AI drivers. So the server time and the actual time your profile refers to won't conflict anymore. But for now, you'll have get rid of all of your drivers in order to avoid that issue again.
  8. Since all DLCs are purchased externally on the Steam Store, you can't view other's DLC paint jobs if you don't have it. There's no way TruckersMP can make everyone see eachother's paint jobs regardless if somebody has the DLC or not, legally. So the most effective and best solution is to replace all DLC paint jobs you can't see with the default paint/color of the specific truck. However, if SCS had just made all DLCs available from the start, but a key or something similar is required to actually equip the accessory (paint jobs for example), there wouldn't be an issue since everyone would already have the files for every DLC (making it possible to view DLC paint jobs from others). But that's unfortunately not the case for now.
  9. Hey, Take a look at this topic regarding TMP launcher error messages;
  10. I think this was actually not caused by the Dragon DLC, as it says on the screen "(NetTrailer)", were I assume it's from the trailer DLC. The Dragon DLC is and should be supported (as it works for me and others), it's just the trailer DLC that is not supported yet.
  11. This is by no means a wrong or "discriminating" thing TruckersMP has as a feature. The MP mod is completely free, and you're at will to check beforehand if the mod could actually support 32bit systems in the first place. Yes, it's a downside, but there's a reason (and a few more) why it is like that. As included above, check the "Frequently Suggested Things" thread were you can find a short description of why 32bit is not supported at this date.
  12. Hello there, Try first of all launching ETS2 MP as administrator (starting the TruckersMP launcher as admin). If that doesn't solve your issue, try making a new profile in-game (and make a backup of your old one(s)), and after the new one has been established, go back to your original profile and the issue should be fixed. Just as a quick solution, you could try to launch ETS2 in 64bit (SP) and after that launch ETS2 MP, which can in some cases solve such issues.
  13. Hello FBY, Try pasting in your login credentials (e-mail & password) instead of typing them. Also make sure you're actually using the correct e-mail for your TruckersMP account, as that could be the case.
  14. Hey, The issue is that the version of your ETS2 is incompatible for the launcher. How to change to the latest version: 1. Right click ETS2 (in Steam Library) and click on "Properties" 2. Head under the "Betas" tab and set the current beta to this: NONE - Opt out of all beta programs 3. Let ETS2 update and now you should be able to launch ETS2 MP If you've already done that, reinstall the TMP launcher and see if that solves your issue.
  15. Hey, I've had this issue aswell, and I think I got it fixed by just starting the launcher as administrator. Hopefully that works for you.
  16. Ah yes, Winter has arrived to TruckersMP now!
  17. Well, I think it will (regardless if it's a hack or not) be classed as reckless driving. Because the driver is crashing/conflicting into other people either way. And then if it's known to the admin, he or she can specify it in the ban description - NZC hack, etc. I don't think another rule like that would be beneficial, it would just create more to consider when an admin is enforcing rules in my opinion.
  18. Ah great! Always wanted a feature like that.
  19. ^ @Katizuki That's a good point really, didn't think about that before. But still, having a number popping up will give you an indication of how many players are in the server queue, and I doubt the numbers would increase or decrease that fast as you're describing. But to have an alternate "solution", it could be an approximate number instead: // Server Queue: >400 / >250 / >700, etc. In the end, I don't think that would be any issue or complication for that feature, as it still gives the rough stats of the potential server queue when you launch the client which is the main point of the feature.
  20. Suggestion Name: Showing potential server queue in login screen Suggestion Description: In the login screen which appears when you launch the ETS2/ATS MP client, you get up a list of servers you can connect to. They also display how many people are on each server, and what capacity the specific server has. I suggest also adding a display which shows the potential server queue each server has when you look at them. Any example images: Why should it be added?: Would be handy as to see if it takes a long time to connect to a server (mostly targeting EU#2), and not have the need to look on the status page on the TruckersMP website (and other unofficial services). Basically a more efficient method. I do also think that it would be a freature many would've appreaciated to have as an extra addition to the mod. Thanks
  21. That specific DLC is actually a bit hard to support as the trailers have a different hit box than the standard ones, which then naturally leads to further problems if it were to be implemented. However, they're probably working on it trying to find a solution.
  22. Hey, Set the version to NONE - Opt out of all beta programs. That should make your ETS2 compatible with the TruckersMP client.
  23. TruckersMP doesn't support the latest version of ETS2 yet, so you'll have to downgrade it to the 1.25 version. Guide:
  24. Implementing such a feature would probably be quite discussable as if it's legal or not. Because SCS wants you to pay for their DLC skins, but when you can see everyone else's DLC's, you don't really have the need anymore to buy them. Also, I would then assume all the DLCs would have to be included in the download file when you're downloading the multiplayer client, and that is not something TruckersMP can do straight away. The way it is now, works fine. And I guess grabbing a few DLCs in a Steam sale won't hurt too much
