    TalkTalk Customer Services Online pathetic and makes me want to smash my computer up lol they understand nothing and when challenged they don't know how to respond they think every customer they get isn't good with computers they are blunt idiots lol

      That's cos they aren't good with computers. Don't blame them though, at the end of the day they're just an employee and you should treat them with the same respect you would any other human being.
