Short answer: Kind of. There are certain mods available on the Steam Workshop and on other mod cites that allow you to buy a truck, trailer, etc. But you have to buy it in single player then launch multiplayer. Just be sure to read the description of the mod on the Workshop, etc. If the description does not say that the mod can be used in multiplayer don't bother using it unless you are in single player.
