How are you doing? I did some analysis among the appeals and would like to share my thoughts on it.

So, for me there is such a thing as 'empty ban'. What it is? This is a ban that a player receives from the void where it could have been avoided. For example: someone cut you and you insulted him, you get such a ban, because insults are not allowed.

I often ask such people: okay, you wrote an insult, but what has changed? How does your insult affect what has already happened? Someone knows the answer, but many begin to look for excuses. No. What for? It is quite obvious that insults do not affect what has already happened, then why write it in the game chat? Think and ask your friends to think the same way before writing any insult.

What do you think about this? Maybe one of you will answer: how does an insult affect?

What do you think of this simulator? (at the beginning there was a bug with the game for the first few minutes, sorry)

The moderators of the game are very often out of sight of the players in order to keep "the effect of surprise" for those who break the rules. So if you see a player who uses, for example, cheats, and you are sure of this, write in the chat for example "ID cheater!", then the moderator can remain incognito to observe this player or take other necessary measures. Don't forget to write the player's ID.

And remember, we are almost always there.

First, I would like to thank you for your support, this is really important to me now and I appreciate it. It's really nice when you see that you were able to help someone.

Yes, many people noticed that yesterday was my anniversary in the team - 5 years ago I joined the community as a support staff. 

I sometimes remember those times when we used a different system for communication and it was extremely difficult. An incredible number of calls were received, sometimes it was necessary to simultaneously talk with a dozen users. When I remember this, I am scared of the amount of work that the support team did in those days. Now, thanks to the developers, an integrated support system has been created and this makes the work easier many times over, but it does not reduce the number of calls. To understand the amount of work we dealt with, I'll just say that when I left support, moving to the moderation team, I processed several thousand requests! That's a lot, isn't it? But this is just me, the real numbers are much higher.

Now, probably, I should apologize to those whom I should have banned. Sorry, but this is the moderator's job. Trust me, if you are a moderator, you will do the same. Being a game moderator is a new stage in my career here and I don't know if this role was easier than supporting. 

Unfortunately, many users are mistaken in thinking that the game moderator is only about bans and kicks. I can say with confidence that this is only a small part of the amount of work that moderators do. Remember this. But if you want to be part of this team and you have a desire to make the project better - do not hesitate to send your resume when the recruitment to the team is open.
