If you are talking about how many days you have been banned, you can go to your profile on the website and you'll be able to find out when your ban will expire in date and time format. 

Now, if you have good reasons to appeal your ban, you are able to use the appeal system for such matters. You can find out more on how to use the appeal system here:

Therefore, as this status is ban-related I am going to lock the status.
