  3. Hey @[NT-CRC] jorensanbar, You will unfortunately still need to downgrade to American Truck Simulator v1.38 to participate in this convoy. TruckersMP does not yet support version 1.39 - and will not support it by the time this convoy takes place. Sorry for any confusion!

  7. The reason fatigue simulation works weirdly at the moment I believe is due to how time is managed on the game / server. Technically time still "passes" on the server when you disconnect (hence why you can't come back to a job the next IRL day and continue - it'll have expired), which I believe (I may be wrong) is why fatigue is weird now. It's not what the game is used to so the fatigue goes up at weird rates. I would fully support a change which modified the fatigue and made it work equivalent to singleplayer so you could also use it in MP. For those of you saying "what if you get a black screen and fall asleep" or "some people don't like having to sleep" - you can just turn it off... Fatigue simulation is an option in the Gameplay settings, so if you were concerned about dozing at the wheel or having to stop to sleep all the time then there's nothing from stopping you turning it off. It would be quite nice for those who want it on, though. I do however understand the downside; you will always get careless people who will not sleep deliberately and then just drive on C-D to cause problems, so this is one possible argument against better supporting fatigue simulation. Additionally if this was ever introduced I'm almost certain that it would be included in the rules that loss of control caused by dozing is not an excuse and that you should either turn it off or make sure you sleep often enough; it is your responsibility to manage your fatigue. This would make life easier for Report & Game Moderation staff.
  8. Massive thanks to everyone who’s sent their congrats so far, it means a lot :D

  9. There is little point adding this to the regular Skoda police cars used by TruckersMP Game Moderators and above. Not only is it an entirely valid point about players wanting it for pilot cars, but Game Moderators effectively never need to close roads on the normal servers. During Real Operations, where there are members of staff blocking roads / parked at incidents where this may be useful, it is more likely that staff would have different vehicles to the normal police car anyway, the Skoda is surprisingly used very little during Real Ops! A sign on a Real Ops vehicle might be nice, but on the regular police car, not sure it's neede.d
  10. I never really thought about this sort of thing but now you mention it I think it would actually be quite a nice thing to have. Just a selection of flags to choose from in the tab menu. +1 from me EDIT: Having read more of the replies to this post, some people do actually raise some good points against them; such as them being too small or just encouraging discrimination against certain people.

    Road to Simulation

I personally encourage the new changes; it significantly helps to reduce the number of people in the game that try and ruin it for other people. The new emphasis on following road rules also helps to make ti feel as much of a realistic simulation as possible, with running red lights, ignoring stop signs and undertaking pointlessly being actions considered reckless even more than before. Nice work TMP.
  12. It's a pleasure to work with you guys. Fantastic company
