Do not activate any mods in your ETS2 mod manager. It is disabled by ETS2MP mod, and none of the mods will work in game. To use any allowed mods, please activate the mod in single player mode (or steam launcher), activate and use the mod before you quit single player mode. Your game will be auto-saved if you use the default settings. Then, you can carry on your modded truck or trailer to any multiplayer server. Attention: allowed mods should only come from this list, or you may receive a long-term ban for cheating.

I don't agree either. See thread and I think you will find my sentence. My problem is not about developing or translating the software itself. It's about player's username and in-game chat, as our CM said above. Well now I'm in the team, and I disagree even more with the "discrimination", "isolation" and other hated stuff. Also, it will be even nicer if people from other parts of the world can join the team as well!

Suggestion Name: Support for more language in game, including usernames, tags, and chat messages. Suggestion Description: I believe this has not been suggested before. I searched for multiple key words (Chinese, Language Support) and got no related result. This problem may be caused by the partly unsupported Unicode, so I searched "Unicode" in forums and found this. The suggestion is "Done" but apparently the problem was forgotten and left unsolved. This suggestion is not just for convience issues. I only understand Chinese and English, so I only talk about Chinese and Taiwan ETS2MP players here. Because ETS2MP does not support Chinese characters, Chinese players have to use Pinyin(Very hard to understand even for native Chinese speakers!) to communicate. One day, ETS2MP updated (Sorry, I forgot the version, but it was around May 2015) and Chinese characters were displayed in TAB menu correctly. Chinese users were very happy about this update, and many predicted that ETS2MP would gain full support for Chinese language in chat. However, after the next update, everything disappeared and every user was disappointed. Chinese ETS2MP players are complaining in their own community all the time after the ETS2MP first release, and I was surprised that my question was never suggested before. This does NOT show that ETS2MP officials are doing perfectly. The fact is: Chinese users are not feeling welcomed by the ETS2MP community. I am not expressing this feeling for myself, but for all users whose languages are not supported in game. I sincerely hope that one day (hopefully soon) all languages will be supported in ETS2MP. You just mentioned that you are currently using WinXP. This system may also cause problems since the ETS2MP developers have planned to stop supporting x86(32bit) systems including most WinXPs. If your ETS2MP client refuses to start, consider purchasing a 64bit OS.

When I want a convoy or just a partner to travel with, I use my in-game tag to show my destination to everyone near my truck.

Check if you were kicked from server or, especially, having a unexpectedly broken connection. The tiny messages at the corner of your screen are hard to discover so you might not know when you are disconnected. Disconnecting from the server while in game can possibly freeze everything in game, including time, traffic lights, and weather.

Everyone gets bored and sleepy if they repeat deliveries all the time. Therefore, there is the Multiplayer mod. Therefore, there are VTC's, convoys, free-roamers, trollers, etc. VTCs have been explained quite clearly by the earlier replies. You can also set up a World of Trucks account with SCS. You can upload screenshots, make your profile trucks, sign online contracts for your deliveries, and customize your license plates with WoT. During the 2014 Xmas Holidays, WoT also gave the "Raven" skins and wheel sets as a free DLC to players who transported Xmas gifts for a certain distance.

If your game runs smoothly (eg, your fps is 20 or above), and ALL other trucks you can see are lagging from a same time and freeze for a same amount of time, then your problem should be caused by packet loss. There's no complete solutions to this problem: getting some European-based VPN can make things better. If your game lags (eg. fps goes to 10 or below), you may consider turn down your graphic settings or upgrade your PC.

I've had a lot of these de-sync problems myself because I had a high ping, usually over 500ms. I had collisions with other trucks behind me, and I don't feel any shake or receive any damage. It becomes extremely annoying when you get questioned, insulted, or reported for your Internet issues. Check your ping with your tab menu. if its over 200ms, de-sync problem is very normal because of your network connection. You may also be experiencing a packet loss when you see all trucks on your screen spawning in a low fps rate as if they are badly lagged. However, the problem is yours if you see all players lagging at a same time. In these situations, you should stay away from other trucks, and tell others about your problem in chat or your in-game tag. To make your connection better, you can: 1. if possible, contact your internet provider and change your plan to a faster one. 2. if you want to connect to Europe servers outside Europe, purchase a VPN with European lines to keep your ping down. 3. if you are located in Asia/Pacific or South America, use Asia Server or South America Server instead of Europe Servers. 4. stay away from densely populated areas if you lag badly there. Loading too many trucks in the same time increases your ping and slows down your computer.

0.2.0.5 was just released several hours ago. So please make sure you are staying up to date. If you downloaded it today and it's still not working, try delete your ETS2MP files as well as the ETS2MP folder in your documents, and re-install the mod. btw I think your issue is already fixed because you are Online EU #1 right now.

And I don't think the roads should be slippery..... Just imagine trollers drifting at high speed, ramming people and saying "I can't control it". You can't even get them appropriately banned.

See interesting trailers every time I play ETS2MP wwwwwwwwwwwwww One of them I remember was originally an excavator, but it was modified and cows appeared flying above the trailer....... So. Time to answer question. I think it should work the same way as the hybrid trucks ----- Players simply make them by themselves. You edit game files to put different data together and make a ridiculous trailer like the flying cows or the floating sand. It should not result in a ban since everything is from original game, but I heard that Raven wheel sets on trailers can cause game crashes, so be careful about ravens. Otherwise you'll be fine.

-1 because you go AFK mainly for doing something away from your pc or alt+tab to some other apps -- how can you hear the sound in such situations?
