I mean you got nothing to lose, right, Just try and see what they tell you.

@El1teZombiezHDNothing, besides restart my pc! I installed it right after factory resetting the pc & it worked, then restarted it & nope it breaks throwing up ETIMEOUT errors...It installs to AppData by default & i tried everything suggested

@ScaniaFan89Try using a (different) VPN when encountering the ETIMEDOUT error.
