Du kannst es auch selber machen. Ich persönlich hab es vor 2 Wochen gemacht und muss zugeben, dass es ohne Wintermod viel besser ist. Das entscheidest du. Ich würde es sofort deaktivieren.

I don't think you can at least i couldn't find an option to disable it. i don't have the thing you mentioned when i play with my controller. looks like it only appears when you play with keyboard and mouse.

Beacons are visible, smallights not. ^just asked a friend (both of us have the special transport dlc) and we can't see the flashing smallights.
