Nábor Game moderátorů Drazí hráči, chtěl bych Vás přivítat na již třetím náboru TruckersMP týmu Game Moderatorů. Jelikož jsme dokončili všechny podané žádosti z předchozího náboru, ze druhého konkrétně, je načase najít další nové potenciální kandidáty. Pokud se ale již nacházíte na "waiting listu", nemusíte si již podávat novou přihlášku. Ovšem pokud jste si podali přihlášku na jinou pozici, můžete jí podat zároveň i na tuto pozici. Máme zde několik požadavků, které byste měli splňovat, a také musíte projít speciálním procesem, abyste dosáhli ranku Trial Game Moderator Observer. Hlavní požadavky Dobrá znalost angličtiny. Být členem TruckersMP minimálně 1 rok. Být aktivní na TruckersMP fóru, mít zde účet minimálně 3 měsíce a mít minimálně 50 postů. Dobrá znalost TruckersMP pravidel. Výborné vystupování ve hře, na fóru a Discordu. Žádné potrestání na fóru v posledním roce. Žádné bany v posledním roce. Odolný, aktivní a flexibilní. Pracovat v týmu, i když se neshodnete s jiným členem. Zachovávat klid a být vždy zdvořilí. Zkušenosti s Moderováním a uvést i příklady Splňovat požadovanou aktivitu. Důležité: Pokud jste si již v minulosti podali přihlášku a ta byla zamítnuta, ujistěte se prosím, že jste odstranili veškeré důvody, proč byla Vaše předchozí přihláška zamítnuta, než si podáte novou. Vstupní proces 1. Chat s Game manžerem Jakmile jste na waiting listu, budete mít rozhovor s jedním z Game manažerů. To dá GMM čas zhodnotit, zdali je Vaše angličtina na požadované úrovni. Začne hodnotit Vaší osobnost a jestli máte dostatečnou motivaci pro tuto roli. 2. Výcvik Každý uchazeč musí projít výcvikem pod dohledem Trenéra, aby se naučil základy jak se vypořádat správně s web reporty a appealy. Jak co nejlépe zvládat dané situace a jak správně zveřejňovat obsah. Jak správně rozhodovat a jaký zvolit vhodný trest, pokud je třeba a rozlišovat úmyslné činy mezi nehodami. 3. Zhodnocení Game manažerem Odhalí se chyby při výcviku a odstraní se. Zodpoví se jakýkoliv dotaz. Rozhodne se, zdali můžete pokračovat jako Trial Game Moderátoři. 4. Trial Game Moderátor Pokud výcvik dopadne dobře, uchazeč se stane Trial Game Moderátorem po dobu 2 měsíců. Další poznámky Systém Vám nedovolí si podat přihlášku, pokud jste dostali ban za posledních 365 dní od začátku tohoto náboru. Můžete poslat pouze jednu přihlášku v tomto náboru. Splnění všech těchto požadavků Vám nezaručí úspěšný vstup, existují záměrně i skryté požadavky. Proces, jak se stát Game moderátorem Vám bude detailně vysvětlen až po Vašem vstupu do týmu. Pokud se dostanete na Waiting list znamená, že jsme se na Vaší přihlášku podívali a bude podrobena detailnějšímu rozboru. Neznamená to však, že budete určitě přijati.
