I suspect that's due to the game's scaling and the detail distance thing (i mean the distance limit that forces things to show in high or low details) anyway, also having that in highly populated areas will probably cause a lot of lag

ehmm... the beta you need is 1.23 (its just above the 1.24 in the list with the beta versions)

Go to steam right-click on ETS, select Properties go to Betas, select temporrary 1.23

tbh I suspect that it may be caused cuz of the new ETS update - I mean i wonder if changing the game version will let us see if the profile is just disabled because of the version or if its bugged

@gopensgo291 Do you have these folders called e.g. "profiles(1.2.3.4s).bak" in your My documnets/ATS( or ETS ) ? I mean something like: everything with .bak in the name is backups of your profile (and savegames)

btw everytime when you start an update, the games make backups of your profile in my docs> a/ets folder

Yes, because SCS updated the WOT contracts and now they are only working with v1.24 (that's why I posted the #4: ) so after you get the DLC, you can downgrade and play in mp

@RuliiKkO This is what i did to get the DLC: Upgrade ETS to 1.24 (aka remove beta) get in game, deliver 3x WOT jobs to get the DLC go to worldoftrucks.com >events > copy the product code & activate steam code on Steam put 1.23 beta for MP & use older save game for MP Result = free DLC

^ + for MP you can use older savegame or the backup* of your profile (my docs >ets> replace "profiles" folder with the one called "profiles(1.24.x).bak") * the game automatically makes a backup of your profile when you try to update the game

Meh, only oversized load in the game is the big tractor from High Power DLC (pic of it in 2 posts above) - how are the other counted as oversized when they fit in the trailer?

^Ehmmmm No, I think it's not going to happen, because: ATS is only in 64-bit 32-bit support for ets = 2x more work and 2x more trouble on every update

^aand what about auto-save - we can't disable that in any way, also I believe you can simply bypass it by saving through console? (and to go a bit more on-topic: some of us use stuff like Fraps and/or other programs that can take pics of your screen at any time w/o causing the game to lag)
