Suggestion Name: Create a server for Master Truckers (Patreon) and people with 0/1 active bans Suggestion Description: A separate server that is accessible by either being a Master Trucker Patreon supporter or, if you are not a Master Trucker Patreon supporter, you can access the server if you have 0 or perhaps 1 active ban, tops. Any example images: Why should it be added?: This will reduce the amount of trolling and toxicity experienced in server 1 in highly populated areas. There are plenty of people who I feel don't care about the rules and, in my opinion, do whatever they want. Also, having a server like I described is also giving something extra back to Master Trucker Patreon supporters. N.b: The 0/1 active bans would not be a requirement for Master Truckers. I felt like it was better to make a separate topic than to hijack/break into the earlier topic about making TMP paid. I also feel like this suggestion is sufficiently different. (This suggestion was removed/not posted so I'm posting it again. I'm not sure why it got removed. If a moderator removes it again, please explain to me why, so I know )

Suggestion Name: Restrict the Skoda to the Highest Tier Patron Membership, is active staff, or is a VTC Leader/Owner Suggestion Description: Like the title says, restrict access to the Skoda if the player doesn't have any of the following roles Patron Master Trucker (aka, the highest subscription on Patron). Is an active member of the staff team. Is a Verified VTC Leader/Owner. Any example images: No Why should it be added?: Time and time again, trolls have shown they can't abide by road rules. They either Lane Split or Drive Recklessly. Trolls already treat trucks as Hot Wheels (for Non American's, they are toy cars to collect or play with). By restricting access to trusted players, this ensures the Skoda is in skilled, capable hands. Why did i choose these roles specifically? Trolls rack up bans. Bans are active on your account for 1 year. Trolls aren't going to purchase the highest tier Patron for every new account they make. Trolls can't apply for staff until all active bans expire. Trolls still manage to accumulate more bans instead of learning from it. Trolls aren't going to run a VTC. Additional Suggestion: Raise the purchase price of the Skoda to match a truck. It's like 30k currently (i think). Should be about 105k. AND...raise the maintenance fees of the car. 100% damage is roughly 40k to repair (going off memory here). Why? Because, it means trolls have more of the game to work through to be able to afford the car (pending the original suggestion is declined). And, if they want to be reckless, it will drain their money quicker.

Suggestion Name: freeing of inactive usernames Suggestion Description: I would like to suggest the implementation of the feature of freeing a username if there hasn't been a login to the corresponding account for a certain (reasonable) amount of time (a half year, a whole year, you name it) Any example images: self-explanatory without an image Why should it be added?: Players come and go, and some players may have left the game for good. But even after moving on from the game, their usernames remain reserved for all eternity, unusable for others. Why not free those for active users that may have an interest in such a username?

Today, we're happy to share with you another blogpost focusing on one of the many cities which will be found in our upcoming Nordic Horizons DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2. Today, we're headed to Norway to give you a first look at the city of Bodø! Located just north of the Arctic Circle, Bodø is the second biggest city in Northern Norway after Tromsø. Originally established as a trading town, it has a rich history in fishing and mining, which gave the town prosperity. During World War II, much of the town was unfortunately destroyed, but it has been completely rebuilt and enlarged, with a few surviving structures preserved. These can be found in our virtual recreation of Bodø as custom built buildings. During the 1940's, due to the lack of housing, the Swedish Government helped build 107 apartments. This small area now known as Svenskebyen can be found in the heart of the city. Today, Bodø is a bustling and vibrant city, with plenty of roads, landmarks and industries for truckers in our upcoming DLC to explore and discover. From the Stormen Concert Hall to the Aviation Musuem, we are sure you'll enjoy the sightseeing opportunities! But let's not forget that we have work to do! As a trucker, you'll be able to find job contracts and deliver to depots at the City Airport, supermarket, the Yacht builders' Shipyard and more.
