Support Team Recruitment From the 26th of March until the 26th of April, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Support team. As a member of the TruckersMP Support team, you will be in charge of providing assistance to players if they have any TruckersMP related issues or questions. This can be through support tickets on our website, private messages, topics on the forums, and the support channels on our Discord server. Core Requirements: Familiarity with TruckersMP and its rules Must have a website account that is at least 12 months old Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication Must be at least 16 years old No bans or forum/Discord punishments within the last 12 months Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Good behaviour across our communication channels Must be sufficiently proficient in English (written) Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Specific Qualifications: Technical knowledge: Must have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the most common errors and issues Willingness to learn: As TruckersMP progresses, there will always be new issues. Must be willing to progress the knowledge to be able to conquer these new issues. Willingness to help: As assisting players that are in need of help will be your daily responsibility in the Support team, we expect a high level of problem-solving skills and a general willingness to help others. This requires regular helpful activity across our platforms before submitting the application. Data protection: Having a broad understanding of data protection and how to deal with sensitive information, as the security of our player's confidential information is what matters the most to us. Languages: Dutch French German Italian Polish Portuguese Romanian Russian Spanish Turkish While these are the languages we are primarily looking for, we may be flexible. Suggestion Name: Angle Mort device on trucks and trailers Suggestion Description: Add a specific device that we can add to your trucks and trailers: the "Angle Mort" warning. For anyone who doesn't what is this thing of "Angle Mort": In France, the January 1st 2021, France added a law where any driver of a vehicle weighing more than 3.5 tonnes is required to put in place a device to mark blind spots. (IT IS NOT A SUGGESTION FOR ANY NEW LAW, JUST A SPECIFIC DETAIL) Suggestion Image: It's already in the bottom of the page. Why it should be added: I found a little unrealistic we can see some trucks roaming around France without that device in all trucks/trailers, because irl, you have to put this device since it is from the Law.
