Suggestion Name: Keep TMPs Winter Island 

Suggestion Description:  For Christmas a winter island was added by TMP and I'm suggesting that it should be kept and not removed, only edit it to remove the christmas lights keeping the island and snow.

Any example images: its pretty self-explanatory but here's 2 images anyway 

Why it should be added: Its a nice little island especially the secret road there, that road is fun to drive on and it is popular, there is regularly players and traffic on that road and the island so it would be great to see it stay

Good idea. In my opinion, the island should still remain in the game. The snow theme and New Year's theme may be seasonal, but this island, which has been worked on so much, should not be in the game for such a short time.

Yea i agree with this , generally there is traffic on just CD road on sim servers but there was traffic on island means people loved it, else they would have come there just once , clicked pictures and go, but i saw many people coming again and again.

I also agree with keeping the island in the game but would be nice to have a port to travel instead of going to random places and teleporting there

this island im referring to here is the one that TMP added, you can get to it through Rotterdam, its next to UK, its separate to the Winterland from SCS

I agree that the island must stay but then for the duration of the winter.

after the winter ends should be ending too and come back at the winter again to keep it special this island.

Another island with this type of road should be brought from the tmp side. I think this winter island should be removed because the purpose of it was an event. Keeping it all the time does not make it special. But if I have a suggestion, this island can be brought back every year in winter. And each time it could be expanded and improved. I think it would be better to have another island of a similar type because it has good roads on it. This island should be a mascot island that appears every winter and develops more and more every year, and if necessary, a story should be written on it and it should remain special.

If you leave the island there forever, it loses its interesting touch and it will just get boring. So this traffic will get less and less.

Those events, especially seasonal events, are made to make something special and the limited time is also an aspect of that.

By letting it stay forever, this island will not get more special.

That being said, these locations are designed for short-term stays on TruckersMP, meant for specific events or celebrations. Their temporary nature is also part of what makes them feel special!

 

Therefore, we will decline your suggestion.
