We are proud to announce that a new version 0.2.3.7.2 has been released!

 

Features

• Support American Truck Simulator 1.44.1.22s [ f74d07b54894 ]
• Support ProMods Middle East v2.61
• Client, spawn, and chat logs are now using UTF-8 instead of UTF-16
  • To prevent tools based on reading our logs from breaking, the naming convention has changed:
    • Client logs: client_2022_06_19.log to client_2022_06_19_log.txt
    • Spawning logs: log_spawning_2022.06.19.log to log_spawning_2022.06.19_log.txt
    • Chat logs: chat_2022_06_19.log to chat_2022_06_19_log.txt
• Overall little performance improvements
• Support New Summer Graphics/Weather v4.8 modification from grimes

Fixes

• Fixed an exploit in the collisions system (thanks ResTed!)
• Fixed the liftable axle state of truck and trailer on the spawn
• Fixed calculation of the shortest distance for a generated job
• Fixed "unknown semaphore state" error
• Added missing texts for the Hungarian language
• Fixed a bug with the source/destination company being wrongly selected when copying a job to/from a city with multiple companies of the same name in the Truck Delivery Dispatcher (thanks chat)
• Fixed the usage of UTF-8 characters in paths. This previously prevented the creation of logs when using non-ASCII symbols in the Documents path

Changes

• Rework of the liftable axle system to address the unreliability of the axle state and sound issues
• Rework of the UI notifications system
  • Warning and error notifications are now rendered even when the interface is disabled
  • The server can invoke notifications as well; this is now used for the headlights kick warning
• Important chat messages (e.g., server announcements) are now rendered even when the chat interface is disabled
• Changed wording of the info message displayed when accessing the modifications manager
• Removed support for Spring Graphics/Weather v4.7 modification

Just out of curiosity, could you please mention what this issue was about in general and was it related to a specific place on the map or not?

 

For me, it was very strange for me because I only encountered this near Innsbruck with several hundred messages in the console:

<ERROR> [semaphore_actor]: Cannot translate unknown semaphore state: 16
 and freezing the game for about minute. Looking at the map, other players were driving normally, but for me it only happened in one place on the map and at random game time, which was strange.

@TP555 1981 Technically, the Middle East addon could be supported, yet since it's Summer now, TruckersMP will most likely switch for Grimes' New Summer mod instead of using Spring Mod v4.8.

ok i had think , Spring Mod 4.7 is still supported with 0.2.3.7.2 , so i had think Spring Mod 4,8 will prefer  , but did even Cause some Crashes with the ProMods 2.61.

But then better the New Summer v4.8

I've noticed the bus has appeared in dealers after the latest update.

Yeah, I know it isn't released yet, but damn! That price tag on it is ridiculous, considering repair costs scale with it and there is no co-insurance in ETS2.

Is this how much average city bus costs in reality (must have some crazy luxurious stuff then) or is it economic decline getting out of hand?
