  1. Hello There are many other factors besides internet connection that can affect your ping, and I’ll help you to deal with these factors first: Connect via Ethernet cable Ethernet cable connection is usually preferred for online gaming. Because WiFi connection is prone to many real-world interferences, such as nearby electronic devices, walls and even distance from the router. Directly connecting via ethernet cable eliminates all types of interferences and ensures you get the best available speed. Alternatively, you can also disable the WiFi in your router and connect via ethernet. As each router has a different interface, I can’t give you precise instructions on how to do it. But to give you a hint, access the router settingsand look for Disable WiFi option under WiFi options/settings. Eliminate bandwith hogs If you want to play tmp using your WiFi, I would advise you to turn WiFi off on all the devices that are able to connect to the network. Another app or device using your network can make the ping surge as they will eat the required bandwidth. Turning off the WiFi is important as background processes in other devices may still eat up bandwidth. Secondly, exit all the apps on your PC and make sure no background apps are eating up the resources. In Windows, you can check the taskbar and the task manager ( Ctrl + Shift + Esc ) processes section to look for background processes. Use a gaming VPN Although a VPN usually slows the internet connection, but it can also help make the connection clean, if that’s the problem. There is a chance your ISP might be throttling your connection or rerouting you through congested networks. In that case, you can try a gaming VPN. I have personally never tried a gaming VPN as my connection seemed clean. However, many users have achieved up to 70% ping improvement using a gaming VPN. Unfortunately, there is no reliable free gaming VPN available right now. Although my recommendation would be VyprVPN, as it offers a free trial to confirm whether it will work for you or not, which makes it a safe choic. Use PingEnhancer A great little tool for Windows users. PingEnhancer basically makes few adjustments in Windows registry to increase the frequency of TCP packageacknowledgment that enhances ping a bit. Without going into the technical jargon, it forces the network to check every data packet transferred, i.e, increasing the connection accuracy. Although accuracy leads to better ping, but it may inversely affect the overall internet speed as more packets are needed to be scanned now. 1. Launch the tool and click on the Optimize button. 2. Next, restart the PC and your connection will be optimized. In case you have recently started facing high ping or it happens occasionally, then it might be a problem with your network or PC configurations. Below are some fixes: - perform a clean boot - make sure pc and router are not overheating - keep all the drivers up-to-date - clean up your pc - contact your ISP If these methods didn’t work for you, then a reset may help you. Both PC and router are involved in keeping your ping normal, resetting both of them should fix any type of software related issue. However, do keep in mind that resetting PC and router will lead to deleting all the data in your PC and resetting your configurations in your router.
  2. Hello Have you tried to use VPN programs to play ? Have you managed to connect at all? If you could give it a go this morning/later today and see if you're still getting that message. And have you tried reinstalling TruckersMP launcher ? Follow this: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates" If it still doesn't work, try these Solution 1: Verify the router or modem if the "UPNP" option is active, you usually find this option in the configures of your modem / router entering through the IP, for example: "". Prioritize your router by resetting your internet router. If this does not help, make sure that all the devices in the house are not connected to the internet and if you are using Wi-Fi, try playing with the cable. If you still have a connection problem, try opening the following custom ports: 42860, 49200, 42890. Also set up Google DNS: and Make sure that there is no blocking of the Windows firewall from connecting. Turn on the Windows firewall and say Restore defaults. If none of these work, you can clean the Host file, enable DHCP, clear the DNS cache and clear the ARP / Route Table. You can also easily reset your router. All you have to do is run certain rooms. https://sourceforge.net/projects/netadapter/?source=directory Solution 2: Clear your PC's temp files with CCleaner, https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download Do a dns flush, https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and open the Task Manager see if there are some updating services running in the background processes (Example: Adobe IPC Broker service,or any form of updater service), Disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet, https://www.howtogeek.com/74523/how-to-disable-startup-programs-in-windows/ If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television Purchasing a Cat6 Ethernet Cable and so connecting through cable instead of wirelessly Clearing the ARP Cache https://techjourney.net/clear-delete-and-refresh-arp-cache-entry/ Resetting your network adapter https://www.home-network-help.com/netsh-winsock.html

  4. Hello Setting it all up. First of all, go ahead and put your USB cable in your computer. Let your computer do it's thing (installing the product). Then, download a driver from the OFFICIAL site (in my case, Logitech). If you download it from a random site, you'll most likely end up having a virus or having the driver of a complete different thing. Next, open up Euro Truck Simulator, select your profile and wait for game to start up. Then, head over to options, and then controls. You'll see a lot of things, we're not going to use that yet. Also, don't worry your game doesn't detect your wheel, we're gonna do that now. Maybe you'll see "Input Wizard", head over to the button and click on it. If good, you should see three buttons: Keyboard, Mouse steering and Controllers. Head over to controllers, when it illuminates, click on it. It is always searching for a connected controller and won't stop doing that (Detecting available controllers), if it says there was no game controller found. Close the game and unplug your controller, plug it back in and start up the game again. If it still doesn't work you might have to restart your device. Also make sure you have installed the correct drivers. Now that you clicked on the button "Controller" you should see 4 options: Simple automatic, Real automatic, Sequential and H-Shifter, for the simplest way of play, choose Simple automatic. For a bit more realism, choose Real automatic. For a lot of realism, choose Sequential, and for the most realism, choose H-Shifter. A H-Shifter is a manual gearbox that you can plug into a G25, G27 or G29 (G920), only choose that option if you have a H-Shifter, for now, we'll choose Real Automatic. Click on the button, and you should see some information, if you see Combined Pedals, click on the advanced settings, leave everything for how it is and concentrate on the following two options: Brake axis and Acceleration axis, if it says Combined Pedals, click on Joy Combined Pedals and press either the brake or acceleration pedal. Do it for both, now you have set up your pedals! (If you have any questions about this part, leave them in the comment section). If you want, you can go further into the advanced setup, I won't. Click back and then click on finish wizard. You'll get back to the controls menu and if good you can see the game has detected your wheel. Now you can play with it! If you want to change some settings you can do this in the controls menu (think of steering sensitivity, force feedback etc.). If you want to bind controls to the whool, you should do that in the Keys & Buttons section click on the controls on the secondary row and click on the button on your wheel where you want to bind the function. That's it! Close the settings menu, and click drive! Happy trucking and enjoy your wheel!
  5. Hello Make sure your wheel is plugged into a USB2 port directly on your computer and not a USB3 port or a shared USB-Hub. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Firmware and software for your wheel. Go through the wizard and set your wheel up. Your settings for your wheel are as follows: Wheel sensitivity = 100% (full right) Non-linearity = 0% (full left) Wheel = Centred Accelerator = Inverted Brake = Inverted Set your FFB settings at about 75% except for the following: Engine, set that to about 5% otherwise your wheel will shake too much. Terrain, set that between 5 - 10% otherwise your wheel will shake when driving on gravel or bumps. Collisions, set that to 0% otherwise if you are hit or hit something it will jolt your wheel which can give you a shock if you are not expecting it. They are the settings I have used for my T500 RS, my G920 and my G29 wheels and they give perfect sync with the in-game wheel. Just one more point. Leave your settings in your Thrustmaster control panel at default settings And read more this guide: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-set-your-thrustmaster-racing-wheel-pc

  10. Hello This appears to be a server cache issue that other players sometimes have after being unbanned, sometimes you’ll have to wait until the server is restarted at some point to be able to join that server again. You can still play on other servers (ProMods 2), but generally it isn’t often that the servers are restarted so it may be a while. Or you could try making a support ticket about it for further information, they may have another solution for you: https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create Or make a feedback ticket here: https://truckersmp.com/feedback
  11. Hello First of all try restarting the computer and your router. Verify the time and date of your computer is correct Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7), DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. Try also reinstalling TruckersMP. - Enter "%programdata%" and press the Enter key. (You can do it with Run) - Find the "TruckersMP" folder and delete this folder. - Go to C:\ Documents\ and delete the "TruckersMP Launcher" folder. - Visit the website (https://truckersmp.com/download/) and download the client. - Start as administrator. Try driving a few minutes in singleplayer. - Go to ETS 2 / ATS. - Click "Play" . - Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). - get in your profile. Then try to play in multiplayer/TruckersMP. https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/148 If nothing works, try: - Open any VPN program and try connect.(ex: UltraSurf https://ultrasurf.us/download/) - Turn off firewall and anti-vuris programs. - Disable your router firewall (if it has one) - Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache Try a last one time. - Go to "C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP" or "%programdata%" And enter the folder "TruckersMP" - Delete the file "core_ets2mp.dll" - Open CMD as administrator / Press "Windows+R" to open the "Run" box.
