With 80+ trucks in one place (like is often the case on the C - D road) beacons will not have that much of an effect so this rule isn't going to make a whole lot of difference, might make a slight improvement but not much
the rule is fair enough We can't use beacons in those areas when its busy, I can see why its needed, its a shame but with the lag it cannot be helped, I just hope I remember to turn mine off when I go to those areas and its busy
