      An appeal? You can try but after watching the evidence against you I'm afraid to say that I don't think you'll be unbanned. That was some very reckless driving there on your part, I'm sorry to say. The report was legitimate. I probably would consider this a minor incident and probably wouldn't file a report, but it is legit, nonetheless.
