    Someone I reported and got banned about seven months ago just left me an insult on the report video I used against him. I want to report him for that (which I can, according to the rules) but he's already currently banned because of bad name, which means that if I report him, the report will be declined. :(

      The time set is currently unlimited so an extension would do nothing.
