    IMO. Forum moderators shouldn't put "FORUM MOD" in their in-game name. There's no way to verify if they're actually that person. Just saw this now in london.

      That's what I intended to add on my last comment, but disregarded it. In theory, there's no true purpose other than confirmation of who is on the MP team and who isn't.

      Admins and moderators know each other because everyday they talk together in the team discussion. We are a small team :). You can check who is in the team by seeing this: http://forum.ets2mp.com/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=stats&do=leaders

      I can see what the OP is saying and agree if you are not able to varify it ingame without having to check an external list then it should not be permitted ingame

      but on the other hand we no(some other player may not no this) the forum mods etc have no power ingame
