(If you did this step, you don't have to do it again) Access the Control Panel Type "folder" into the search bar and select Show hidden files and folders. Find this line " uset_cam_blinker "1" change to 0 and save the file. The meaning of these numbers: 1 > ON (or) Active 0 > OFF (or) Inactive and check to see if the problem is fixed.
