    one question, why are not any admin who is from the Balkans. It would be easier to communicate with him, but he would there and helping other admins?

      All admins joined the team by themselves by signing up as moderator, and work their way up. The team doesn't look directly for admins from the community.

      If you want someone from your area as admin, tell them to be active here on the forum and apply when moderator recruitment opens again.
