I found the problem. It was file corruption of my profile caused by the multiplayer teleport lag because the game crashed during teleport it affected the single profile. I use two profile on for mods and one for multiplayer. The untouched profile worked were the other with the winter mod kept crashing luckily my computer creates a back up of my file every hour so I restored the file  from yesterday with and winter mod and it worked normal. I think it because so many people are use the system and when teleported from on port to another it taking longer than normal. It seem every man and his dog is using multiplayer now being christmas holidays.
