      hmm maybe he had empty road, seen this plenty of times unfortunately the server has issues with loading players there trucks, so this is a sync problem not a fault by the player

      If you have spawn logs you can find the exact nick with the ETS2MP ID. In your case, open the spawning log from the day you were online on EU #2, find the following string: "Aleksey(2240)" and the ETS2MPID should appear very close to the text cursor.
