Do you see streaky images and when you look at light at a distance do they appear streaky with glare and when you look at a book or read anything do the words go a little fuzzy and course dizzyness  and headackes. with a tens feeling  above your eyes because those are all the signs. 

@MCGISTICS this is what i see when looking at a light i get these funny lines coming of them ? but for reading my eyes are fine its only when i look at light or im looking at my phones on screen keyboard. (stare at the spaced in between the letters do u see anything weird  becuase i do )

The glare is normal for you vision. I suffer with a condition called keratoconus and make my vision all streaky and blurry and make it hard to recognize people from a distance. I also suffer with astigmatism in both eyes. Your distance vision is normal and seem like you might need glasses for reading its not somthing to be frightend or ashamed of I had to wear glasses for reading at 23 then normal at 29 then two pairs at the age of 36 because of the keratoconus .
