    Hello @Pasi4, I'm using a device that I made myself which has IR leds, along with the Opentrack program. I made it to use while playing DCS World and I also used it from time to time for ETS 2. Honestly, after a certain point, you try to keep your head steady and it starts to get uncomfortable. If you are going to use it only for ETS 2, in my personal opinion it is not a very necessary feature. If you use three monitors, I think you will not need the head tracking feature at all.
