Im sure there are some criteria that admins discuss and decide on, but my opinion is that admins should prioritize the hiring of users who have seen the first versions of the TruckersMP mod (ets2mp.com) and are now experienced in this game. They should take advantage of this huge pile of experience from the past. The more experience, the better decisions.
