The problem you're having is probably caused with using World Of Trucks job - > my question is are you using WOTR job/ for the Vallentines event or for normal jobs. I need to remind you that all external contracts are restricted 90 km/h. If you don't use an external contracts, have you tried do change it in singleplayer then?
