Hey there @MARUDEHAUR As others have said, it is not allowed to drive in Duisburg with a double trailer. If you want to know the areas where you cannot use the double trailer you can check the image in the spoiler below. The red areas are forbidden to drive in with the double trailer I hope this has helped you with your issue
