If i try to download Euro truck simulator 2 this comes up and im not able to finish downloading

I tried to remove firewall and download. (Doesn't work for me) I tried this Alv4s0r's style. (Doesn't work for me)

You have to buy a truck or a car. Then you can freedrive. If you gonna buy a car, then don't use a police skin. You are allowed use only Pilot skin.

Where can I switch it?

Okey this problem keep coming and coming back. I tried to download new update. It says winrar fail is broken or something. NB: I already tried diffrent web browsers. Help?

Yes I using the offical download link. I tried download this MP from offical with another browsers. Still same.

I have problems with ETS2MP downloading. It shows this winrar fail is broken. I tried this unoffical launcher too, I downloaded this mod and it freeze when It was end, I waited about 2h.. Help.
