Hello @General18 [Ryzen], Can you try the following steps: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates" Please let us know if this has helped or if you need any more assistance

Hello @Navila This is a known bug on the TruckerMP servers and we are aware of this as of now. A fix should be out soon although we don't know when so we're sorry for any inconvenience and we just ask if you can be patient! Does this answer your question or do you have any others for us?

Hello @arnaud39610, If you follow the steps that MrJonton01 have provided above you should be able to resolve your friends issue Go to your profile in Steam and click on edit. Navigate to your privacy settings and make sure that your profile and game details are both set to public. The little checkbox in the game details area needs to be unchecked in order for our system to detect your games. That is a small guide if your friend is not sure on how to do so Has this helped resolve the issue? Please let us know by replying to this topic

Hello @Yanush_ Just like @BoSsik2 has said - as you can imagine there are a lot of applications that are sent during recruitment (not just Support) so they have to be looked at individually to see if people are fit the position. You will see a reply on your application once it has been seen to and also be aware that all applications will get checked eventually, it's just a matter of being patient Do you have any further questions or have they been answered?- 5 replies

Hello, Can you try to uninstall the TruckersMP launcher an redownload it from here. Once done, make sure that you have selected the correct path for Euro Truck Simulator 2. It isually this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2" When done so, make sure you run both Steam and the TruckersMP launcher as administrator by doing the following; Right click TruckersMP client Click "Properties" Go to the "Compatibility" tab Check "Run this program as administrator" Launch TruckersMP Please let us know if this helped

Step 1; Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILSES A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this folder Step 2; Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R) Type regedit and hit enter Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"? Step 3; Copy the folder address from STEP 1 Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address) Click OK Please let us know if you require more help For more information;
