Hello there, It's possible that his privacy settings are altered. Go to profile in Steam and click on edit. Navigate to privacy settings and make sure that profile and game details are both set to public. The little checkbox in the game details area needs to be unchecked in order for our system to detect games. Hello @HiImKenny, In order, to fix this problem I recommend you to follow the next steps: > Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework > Clean your temp files with CCleaner > Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache > If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path by clicking on Move folder... If the above steps didn't work for you, open Command Prompt as admin and type net user Administrator /active:yes .This will activate the built-in Administrator account. > Log out your account and log in the Administrator account. > Open TruckersMP launcher and install the updates. Здравствуйте @санёк 57 ru, Когда вы создали TruckersMP аккаунт вам на почту пришло сообщение, где была ссылка на активацию аккаунта. Если вы потеряли то сообщение это не проблема, статус аккаунта нечего не решает и вы всеравно можете свободно играть онлайн. I'll try to explain it easily for you. You cannot use any custom Paint job in Multiplayer and it doesn't matter who made it, custom paint jobs are not working and if you try to join MP with them you'll be kicked from the server. You're allowed only to use that paint jobs, which SCS software provides you via in-game customization function, DLCs and community market on the steam. Did you try to buy a new truck and a new trailer? That can fix that issue.
