I don't see a proper suggestion here. What should be changed in moderation workflow? We can't check player's real age because it requires to check their IDs. We can't do that for obvious reasons. Reports are the community tool to make the servers a better place to play.

Current order is by Lifetime Pledge, for the amount of support being pledged. Lifetime Pledge -> Current Pledge.

I don't think there is any need for that. We do not support winter mod for the whole year, but rather for a couple of months in winter. Usually, people use winter mod when available, so the largest part of the community will migrate from usual servers to winter mod servers. There is no benefit from it at all. Winter mod is not like ProMods, it doesn't alter all map.

TruckersMP is an MMO, therefore I don't see whitelisted server as an option. Simulation/Arcade and region split is enough.

I don't think this is a good idea. It might open possibilities to mislead game moderators in appeals and give false claims in order for ban reduction token to be used. We do not have hour-long bans either. Smallest punishment lasts for several days. UPD: As my fellow colleague @[Интегра] ResTed pointed out, players might also flood the entire report system in order to grind those tokens.

It's not a question for me, unfortunately. Project Manager is the one who issued this task for me.

It is a breach of privacy, therefore do not expect anything like that.

The project is not scrapped, but because SCS is still constantly making changes to the AI it is very difficult for us to complete it as working with AI is very complex. At the point where we 1st showed you the video of AI traffic in multiplayer we had a working prototype. Unfortunately, SCS then released new game versions through time with a massive change to AI which they have been improving ever since. // Rejected for now.
