I meant at least I follow the rules because you are perm-banned for breaking the game license. Hence my 2nd sentence, where I said not everything can be the way you want it. And It's true, once spring rolls around, no more snow. If you bothered to follow the topics, you would know that prior to the snow mod support being released, DEVS stated that during the Winter season only, there will be snow, but maybe it changed...

I see why you're banned. Not everything can be the way you want it or believe it should be. I didn't enforce the rules, but at least I follow them.

+1, this will improve the experience, e.i. the "flow", of starting the game each time.

And the United States. There is a rarity of ADMIN from the US and Australia.

Being banned and kicked are two different things, mind you. A kick is when you are essentially plucked from the game, but you will be able to reconnect instantly as long as you exit the game and re-open it. A ban is when you are plucked from the game for a prolonged amount of time (This time can be from as short as the ADMIN wishes, to permanent). If you try to reconnect while you are banned, the game will tell you that your connection is refused because you were banned.

Acting this way will not help you. If anything, it will make the mods and admins not want to help you. If you have an unsolvable problem on forums, try the Support area.

-I like this idea, but, I think the developers are better off removing the auto-kick function, especially since the new server cap. is 4,000. The issue is, people who are kicked for mistreatment of rules would also have this feature, which somewhat defeats the purpose of a kick.

-Hello. Unfortunately this is not a bug but a feature. Like you said, snow is synchronized for all players (e.i. the snow replaces the normal rain that occurs in-game). You will have to wait until Spring when the precipitation is changed from snow to rain.

-This problem has shown with many people. It may be a bug. If you wait until the next update you can see if it is fixed. I apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you.

-Be more specific. When you log in are you getting a message telling you your password and/or username are incorrect? Or does nothing happen, but rather you are reverted back to the log-in screen?

Suggestion Name: Make the name tags that hover above each truck be a different colour, e.g. blue, if they are your steam friend. Suggestion Description: This can help if you are in a convoy and want to see who you have not friend-ed in case you wish to, or if you are in a crowded area like Rotterdam or Europoort and want to find your friend if you're meeting them for a convoy, for example. Any example images: No. Why should it be added? This will help confusion, and while not necessary by any means, it can be quite useful.

I ran a red light (I didn't realize there was any lights at this intersection and it was right in front of and ADMIN) but I was banned for it, is that usual...cause that seems a bit harsh especially when I caused no harm (was in the middle of deserted Birmingham). Soz won't happen again.

I was just looking at my penalty history, where I see that I was banned in September 2014, which is true, but there is a new history there saying I was banned on 16-December 2014 for "ramming", no information given on how long the ban was. This was added within the last week, so it went on record far after the date the ban was claimed to be issued. But, I know for a fact I was not banned twice, just once in September. The fact that you would document a ban for something that never happened is extremely disappointing and sad. I may have been kicked in this situation, but not banned. Like I said, there was no info's on the length of the ban, and the documentation was added after Christmas (the claimed date that the ban was issued on was before Christmas; ei. This may have been a misreading of the kick/ban files). So, I would appreciate it if you removed this document, and if you can't for some reason then make it possible in the future, or at least keep track of whether penalties are bans or kicks.

I appreciate your hard work, but crashes have not been fixed.

Hi, it's Alec here. Just some feedback on R2. Game crashes aprox. 5-6 times per minute. I don't think the patch worked for me. Cheers :-)

Suggestion Name: Reset trailers after they are dropped off or moved. Suggestion Description: I think if trailers are moved or dropped they should be reset back in their locations in company garages and any damage should be deleted as well. Any example images: No. Why should it be added?: It should be added because on more than one occasion, I have come to pick up a trailer at a company garage and found that the trailer is in an awkward position or even flipped upside down. Not only that, but the trailer could have major damage, even 100%! Resetting their position and damage would allow players to transport them normally without the problems caused by mischievous trolls. Cheers!
