(Try another servers,like Europe 4,5) Are you using wireless or LAN? Test your internet speed here. Share the result with us. Don't run programs while playing games.(Download,upload,install etc..) Contact your internet provider.In this way,you can find out whether it due to from your internet. Disable your antivirus/vpn program.You can enable after game is closed. Make sure your graphics settings are as supported by your computer.So,If you have a bad computer,pull down your graphics settings. Take care to don't play in busy areas and on servers.No matter how good your internet is,if server you are playing is busy,your ms value will increase.
